Well, not quite! - but did these without looking at the paper whilst making the marks - just to see what would happen really.
Done with sharpened bamboo dipped in ink onto 50 x 70 cm cartridge. Glancing back to reposition the bamboo only when I felt it go off the paper or when I got completely lost in my head where I was.
I find the distortions of proportion rather fun, and where in the second drawing my eye was obviously tracing her outline and noticed a finger... then missed it completely:-)
